The Position:
The Site Director manages and develops sales managers and their sales teams. The Director runs a busy sales office where the emphasis is very much on quality and gaining results using a consultative approach with customers. He/she is charged with meeting and exceeding budgets as well as managing the status of the “sales pipeline” to accurately forecast results. The Director works to ensure that the there is clear communication amongst all teams within in the department and provide strategic thinking to upper management on new initiatives as well as improvements on current processes. The Site Director will inspire respect and confidence from every level of the organization through clear communication, vision, and direction.

Responsibilities include:
• Manage daily functions of a team consisting of 120-150 sales professionals
• Develop plan in order to meet and exceed sales targets
• Coach, mentor and help train Team Manager’s and representatives
• Work with other senior managers to develop best practices
• Execute performance reviews for each manager and approve reviews for sales representatives as well as hire, coach, train and counsel team members
• Interviewing and hiring of new sales staff
• Work on assigned committees and teams within the organization
• Drive clear communication amongst all internal teams; work with other divisions to communicate new policies and changes that impact the business
• Assist in assigned business reviews and provide information for budgeting process
• Development of ad-hoc motivational programs to introduce a level of “spirited competition” within the department, while maintaining an ethically and legally accountable environment.
• Calculate and analysis of business operations including the management of the sales pipeline in order to accurately predict future sales; moderate profit and loss & budget planning required.
• Develop a culture of team and individual accountability to ensure high quality consultative selling and financial performance

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s required; Master’s preferred.
• In depth experience in a large scale consultative sales environment
• Prior experience with strategic planning, process improvement, and guiding teams to exceed sales goals a must.
• Strong leadership, organizational ability and communication skills required
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Personal computer skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and some Internet applications.
• Spanish fluency preferred
• Experience managing external sales or business to business teams preferred
